Join us to create and build deeper connections to oneself and to the community! Come all day or for even one or two workshops! Join us in rooting down so that we can grow strong and tall together! We are a group of well experienced therapists who have been working together for a long time. We create a safe comfortable and sacred space for everyone to feel welcome and honoured in all that they are.
