At Edinburgh Doula, my Kundalini Yoga classes offer a transformative space to connect with inner strength and clarity. Each session incorporates breathing techniques, meditation, movement, and chanting, guiding participants of all levels through a mindful journey to cultivate peace, resilience, and deep self-awareness.

I have taught Kundalini yoga classes and workshops for the last 8 years. I have been really fortunate to teach in many countries and to work alongside well established therapists who have incorporated their modalities into my classes.

It is a real blessing and joy to continue teaching these classes that bring awareness, strength and a crystal clear vision. In each class, we will connect with a particular intention which we will connect with throughout the session through different breathing techniques, movements, meditation and chanting.

Classes are suitable for all levels, you can go at your own pace.
