If you are looking for a safe and nurturing place to rest and recharge with your newborn/baby then this is the space for you. You will be completely free to rest in this space and get involved with what feels right to you. There will be time for meaningful connection, conversation and contemplation. I will make different offerings each week which will hopefully inspire you and enhance your life as a Mother- This is my wish! Every week I will also offer Ceremonial Cacao which is an amazing superfood from Peru! Cacao boasts a wide range of minerals that can be highly accessible in just one small serving of cacao, these include: Magnesium- Supports the heart, nervous system and muscles Iron- Supports the blood and immune system Chromium- Balances blood sugar levels Manganese- Assists iron in the oxygenation of the blood Zinc- Immunity, sexual health and skin Calcium- Supports bone health, Muscle contraction, heart health and nerve health.
