I have taught Kundalini yoga classes and workshops for the last 8 years. I have been really fortunate to teach in many countries and to work alongside well established therapists who have incorporated their modalities into my classes. It is a real blessing and joy to continue teaching these classes that bring awareness, strength and a crystal clear vision. In each class, we will connect with a particular intention which we will connect with throughout the session through different breathing techniques, movements, meditation and chanting. The intention will be strengthened through the power of the group and the energy of having the support of others. These classes are suitable for all levels, you can go at your own pace. Over the years, I have received beautiful reviews from my sessions: "I have been practicing different forms of yoga for years, and Hayley's Kundalini classes (both 1-to-1 and in groups) have been some of my favourite ones! She has a lot of acceptance and compassion in her teaching approach, and a deep spiritual connection to her practice, which is equally important to me as the physical aspects of yoga. She introduces the poses in a way that is suitable for beginners, but also suggesting alternatives, so that we can each challenge ourselves in a way that is appropriate for our level. I always leave the class feeling peaceful, uplifted and more motivated for my own daily practice. Isa Belle 'Thank you Hayley for another wonderful yoga session yesterday always such a beautiful, serene and unique experience created at your classes, truly a sacred space for spiritual practice, look forward to next week Ali ❤️' 'Hayley has a gentle, calm presence in all her sessions' anon Hayley was the first who introduced me to Kundalini. The practice called me deeply in a time of my life when I felt very weak and lost. From the very first session, my life, my soul, my heart, my mind, became brighter and brighter. The session was so strong, it envigorated all my senses and I was commited to keep going. Not only was the practice so beautiful, but it was delivered in such a wholesome way by Hayley that I felt safe to go at my own pace, leap over my boundaries, cry, let go and grow. Blesty Look forward to new people joining us!
